Solid hardwood - no veneers or particle board. Wood tone and full dimensions are listed on each product page. Grain, knots and colour vary naturally from piece to piece; that is the character of real wood, not a defect.

Each piece is made to order and we send progress photos at each stage (raw form, colour spraying, finished piece, shipping). Most pieces ship with minimal assembly - numbered parts and instructions are included. Please inspect the package on arrival and note any damage on the carrier receipt.

Dust with a soft cloth, wipe spills promptly, keep away from radiators and direct sun, and re-oil once a year with a food-safe wood oil. Mount wall pieces into studs or anchors rated for their weight.

Each set comes in XS, S, M or L. Measure the width of your natural nail at its widest point and compare to the size chart on the product page. Unsure? Email us a photo of your hand next to a ruler and we will size you.

With proper prep - clean, buffed, dehydrated nails - sets last 1-2 weeks with the included adhesive. Remove gently with warm water and cuticle oil; most sets can be reused several times.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used sets cannot be returned unless faulty. Unopened sets in sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days.

Furniture and decor are made to order - change or cancel within 24 hours; after that they are final sale, but anything damaged or defective is repaired or replaced free. Press-on nails and beauty items: unopened within 30 days. See our Refund Policy.
