The total you see at checkout is the total you pay — there are no separate handling fees.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday start processing the next business day.

Orders with nails and furniture

If you order nail sets and wood furniture together, we send the nails right away and ship the furniture when it is finished — at no extra shipping cost. You receive a separate tracking link for each shipment.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in all 50 U.S. states, including APO/FPO. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may need a few extra days. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Address changes

Email us within 12 hours of ordering to change an address. Once a parcel is with the carrier it cannot be redirected.

Lost, late or damaged

If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, or your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us with your order number (and a photo for damage). We will send a free replacement or a full refund.
